Drain Mechanics Plumbing & Septic

We just had our septic pumped out by Alan and Raymond they done exceptional job and very neat and clean extremely professional and friendly. This was not our first time that we have had drain mechanics exceptional employees to our home, we have also had Judge and Joey out and they also were extraordinarily honest courteous,professional and very friendly. I have also had the great pleasure of talking with and dealing with some of their office staff. Their names were Taylor and Xiomara. Each time I have had the pleasure of speaking with these wonderful young ladies has been a wonderful experience and I'm grateful to them both for their help, time and the pure pleasure of just talking with them. We also have had Jacob out for some plumbing needs and as with every other employee that we've had here he done a magnificent job. Very exceptional professional and very friendly. Bottom line here is that the experience my husband and myself have had is a magnificent one in dealing with this company's employees. They all do sincerely deserve to be recognized for their exceptional service in each of their own departments of the company. They all make a magnificent team that makes this company an exceptional one. I am so thankful I found you all when we were in need of honest, professional and friendly help. We highly recommend this company to all others for their needs. I sincerely do believe that you too will be very happy and satisfied with them also.

I am a local plumber. I needed my septics pumped. I called Drain Mechanics of course and they were able to come the very next day! They were quick and thorough. Even made sure the toilets were flushing. This means a lot to me! 5 stars guys! Thank you! Highly recommend.

They provided answers to all my questions pertaining to possible future septic failures and service required for repair. Mr Judge's assistant complemented his every move without voice communication. As a realtor, time sensitive plumbing issues often arise at the worst times (closing day). Drain Mechanics has been amazing at arriving quickly and keeping things on track. Today, our buyer is a homeless veteran living in a shelter out of town, who worked very hard to get his VA benefits and credit on track. It’s a huge celebratory moment for everyone involved, but at the last minute (two hours before closing) we discovered new plumbing issues had arisen by way of a drain and septic issue. Drain Mechanics donated their time and materials to this homeless veteran to ensure he closed on time and is moving into a home with great plumbing. The entire office staff and particularly, the manager Brooke, have always jumped through hoops to help our veteran real estate clients. The owner, Josh, is a staunch supporter of our veterans and the supports to veteran community in Brevard. Can’t say enough good things about this company and the folks who work there.

I am so pleased with Drain Mechanics. The young man who cleaned our septic tank was very professional. His introducing himself was very nice. He explained some things about our system I did not know and was so helpful. The office help was so kind and friendly. I will highly recommend them and will be using them from now on.

Drain mechanics saved my thanksgiving!! Another company cancelled on me twice leaving me feeling hopeless. I called and the sweetest lady answered and sent someone out quick!! Scheduled a septic pumping at night for the morning the next day. Robert got to my house bright and early and was able to pump and clean the tank very quickly and professionally. No more clogged toilets!

They guys came out and did a Great service and was very professional. Alan and Raymond came out to pump my septic and they did a great job and offered sun good best practice to maintain the septic system.
